There is no question that exercise is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle, but what happens when injury gets in the way? And what can we do to minimize the chance of injury? Join the BWN Healthy Living Series for its next event this Saturday May 21, which will highlight important relationship between fitness and physical therapy. We are combining the expertise of a physical therapist and professional trainers to bring you the the best, most well-rounded session possible. The warm-up and workout will wrap up with a cool down session especially designed for busy professional women, and there will be an opportunity to "Ask the Therapist" at the end of the event.
All genders and all levels welcome! The facility is equipped with changing rooms and showers. Just wear comfortable workout clothes, and we will take care of the rest!
