Submission Guide


》Important Notice:

  • Full paper submission is required for participating in the conference
  • Full paper will be included in the conference proceedings
  • Abstract Submission Deadline: August 15th, 2020
  • Notification of Paper Acceptance: Now to August 31st, 2020
  • Full Paper Submission Deadline: September 30th, 2020

》Authors must read and understand the regulations below before submitting papers.

  • The papers/abstracts must be the original works and are previously unpublished elsewhere. Simultaneous submission to any other conference, workshop or journal is strictly prohibited.
  • Plagiarism and self-plagiarism are strictly prohibited. In order to protect intellectual property rights of others and the authors' own academic reputation, we are strongly against this ruthless conduct.
  • Authors should take responsibilities for their submissions and understand any violations of the above regulations are criminal actions.
  • Submissions that do not follow the conference submission rules and format will be returned for modification.
  • The submission through e-mail also indicates the copyright agreement to publish the submissions for all purposes of conference usage without further notice.

》Submission Steps

  1. Click the button "Register" or visit website.
  2. Fill in the personal information. 
  3. Uploaded abstracts (MS Word-compatible file) through the registration system.
  4. Receive the paper ID within the paper submission confirmation e-mail from the conference secretary.

》Personal Information and Paper Modification

Please inform the secretary the information below.

  • Paper ID (if any)
  • Name
  • The item needs to be modified (Eg. Name, Co-author, Affiliation, Department, Paper Title…etc.)
  • The correct information

Please attach the updated the file of abstract/paper if you need to revise the information within it.

Review Process


All submissions will be reviewed by the track chairs, program committee and selected reviewers. All reviews are double blind. The editorial board will make the final determination whether the accepted papers are to be published in the IAIC Proceeding. If the paper is not qualified for participating in the conference, it will be returned for modification. Authors are required to revise the paper and e-mail to the secretary in two weeks. Please be aware that the review process will take about 20 to 30 work days.

Presentation Guide


All presentation of IAIC 2020 are presented online. There are two options for online presentations:

  • Live-Stream Presentation
  • Pre-Recorded Presentation  (Recommended)

》Live-Stream Presentation - 15 Minutes/each person


To present your research at the IAIC 2020 as a Live-Stream Presenter, your abstract must first pass review. To submit, go to IAIC 2020 Registration System. If accepted for presentation at the conference, IAIC invites authors to register, participate and publish in the following way:


  • Register as a Live-Stream Presenter on the conference website. Upon payment of the registration fee, your attendance at the conference will be confirmed.
  • Watch the Demo Videodownload the Zoom app, and join a test meeting.
  • Before the conference, we will send you a link to join your session and send you information on how to watch the live plenary session.
  • Participate online by watching the dedicated live stream and by joining dedicated online conference sessions.
  • Present and participate in your scheduled live-stream session.


》Pre-Recorded Presentation - 15 Minutes/each person (Recommended)


To present your research at the IAIC 2020 as a Pre-Recorded Presenter, your abstract must first pass review. To submit, go to IAIC 2020 Registration System. If accepted for presentation at the conference, IAIC invites authors to register, participate and publish in the following way:


  • Register as a Pre-Recorded Presenter on the conference website. Upon payment of the registration fee, your attendance at the conference will be confirmed.
  • Create your presentation video and upload it via the IAIC Submission and Review System.
  • The style of the video is flexible. Some delegates choose to record themselves presenting, while others convert a PowerPoint presentation into a video or your could refer to our model video - Pre-recorded Presentation Model Video. Your presentation video will then be added to IAIC's Online Video Archive where it will remain indefinitely. 
  • Video recording requirement : 720p above / Media type: MP4. 
  • Presentation video uploading deadline: 15th October, 2020. 
  • Participate online by watching the pre-recorded video and by joining dedicated online conference sessions.

  • Laptop with headset/ Desktop with Webcam and Microphone/headset.
  • Updated Chrome Browser or download the Zoom.
  • Bright and calm environment with a professional background.
  • Make sure the Internet is stable.
