**A certificate of attendance includes participant's name and affiliation, certifying the participation in the conference. A certificate of presentation indicates a presenter's name, affiliation and the paper title that is presented in the scheduled session, certifying the presentation and participation in the conference.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
The conference registration cancellation and requests for refunds must be made in writing as indicated below. Requests must be e-mailed to iaic@iaas.org.sg. Telephone or other contact methods request will not be honored.
Full Refunds – Notice before 60 Days (Before June 7th)
To receive a full refund, the secretary of the conference must receive written requests no later than 60 days prior to the first day of the conference.
50% Refunds – Notice Less than 60 Days but more than 45 Days (Between June 8th and June 25th)
Requests for refunds received by the secretary of the conference within 60 days but more than 45 days of the start of the conference will be subject to a 50% refund.
No Refunds – Within 45 days Notice (From June 26th)
Requests for refunds the secretary of the conference receives within 45 days of the start of the conference will not be eligible for a refund.
Author Refunds
Authors who have their papers included in the proceedings are not eligible for a refund. Authors may receive a refund if they withdraw their papers before the paper is included in hard-copy proceedings.
Letter of Invitation/Acceptance
The invitation letter will only be provided after the full payment has been received and confirmed by the secretary of the conference.
VISA Application
Please understand that the chair, committees, speakers and staffs of IAIC are not able to assist the VISA application. We are not able to provide the guarantee letter or sign the VISA application form for the participants. Should your application be rejected, IAIC is unable to change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or help to communicate with the related department.
