CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation MUST be made in writing and received on or before May 1, 2017, in order to receive the refund. 

 
  • No refund if the written cancellation is received after May 1, 2017. 
  • A cancellation processing fee of RMB 2000 will be deducted from the refund for paid registrant. 
  • Registrant will be responsible for his/her own travel, hotel reservation and cancellation expenses.

GROUP REGISTRATION DISCOUNT

  • 满10人报名参会，第11人免费（折扣率：9%）
  • 满20人报名参会，第21,22人免费，全部报名人员享受会员价（折扣率：22%）
  • 满40人报名参会，第41-46人免费，全部报名人员享受会员价（折扣率：26%）

*   团体报名是指按照企业票价，于4月30日前完成注册报名及付款，并有公司联络人员一次性提交报名的情况
