GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
(Please read the following instructions carefully)
 
Professional and Student Posters will be presented on May 22-24, 2017. 
See Part I for Themes that call for Posters.
 
  1. Abstracts must be submitted online via the 8th DIA China Annual Meeting Website by Monday, April 10, 2017.
  2. Posters can be presented in either Chinese or English.
  3. The poster title should accurately and concisely reflect the abstract content.
  4. All poster presentations must be noncommercial. They should be scientific in nature and may not be used as a marketing opportunity. Any mention of specific products or and/or services must be limited to generic names, with no inclusion of brand names in any area of the poster, including poster titles and/or handouts. Logos and advertisement may not appear anywhere on the poster.
  5. Posters must be original in research and include appropriate empirical evidence, i.e. research results and conclusion.
  6. Preliminary/pilot data is acceptable.
  7. DIA grants authors permission to publish abstracts after it appears in the Therapeutic Innovation & Regulatory Science (TIRS), provided the publication includes a credit line indicating that your abstract was first published in the TIRS and specifying the volume and issue numbers.
  8. It is recommended that authors seek out company/institution approval to provide an electronic copy of poster for the meeting attendee download.
  9. Authors will be responsible for organizing all shipping arrangements and paying associated shipping costs for poster materials. DIA will not ship or store any materials.
  10. Authors will be responsible for preparing a poster.Poster size is 1.2M (H) × 0.9M (W).
