Jess is a Registered Yoga Teacher, USA Yoga Alliance. Yoga has been part of her life since she‘s a teenager. Curious to explore the world, Jess decided to embark in journey as a marketing and PR manager in an international luxury hotel brand, which brought her to study and work in New Zealand and China. She discovered how Yoga helped her overcome physical challenges, and found balance between material and spiritual world. Then she decided to leave her job and travelled to Rishikesh India, the capital of Yoga, where she received her 200 hour yoga teaching certificate. Jess now teaches Hatha Vinyasa Yoga at Beijing Mindfulness Centre.
Jess is a big lover of healthy vegetarian food and nutrition. She received Plant-based Nutrition Certificate from Cornell University. She works for an organic F&B brand as a marketing manager. She shares her passion and understanding of yoga and nutrition through her website Jyoti Yoga & Nutrition.
