The Healthy Living Series selects topics each month that seek to strengthen the body, mind, and spirit. We view these activities as complementary to our efforts in professional development and mentorship. This month, we are thrilled to return to the Beijing Mindfulness Center for a yoga class hosted by Jess Yaqi Jia that will focus on ways to manage stress and anxiety in our daily lives. The event will open with meditation, which will be followed by a 90-minute Hatha Vinyasa Yoga class.
Beginners welcome.
Space is very limited, reserve early!
Please wear comfortable clothes, and bring a yoga mat if you have one!

About the Beijing Mindfulness Center (BMC): the BMC is located in a peaceful courtyard in Qian Yongkang Hutong and is dedicted to providing a safe and inspiring environment for learning and growth during your mindfulness journey.

From Lama Temple go south, on the same side of the street where Lama Temple is, turn left (east) to the Beixin Hutong. Pass Touch Woman Cafe and turn right (south) into Qianyongkang Hutong. Follow the curve and after 150m you will see the sign for
Qianyongkang Hutong Yi Xiang. We are in the same building where that sign is, the door is facing north- towards the temple.

From Beixin Qiao underground, take the north-east exit and turn north by KFC. Take the right turn into the Beixin Qiao San Tiao Hutong. Turn left at the first Hutong (it is a narrow hutong with the sign for a video surveillance, and then take the right turn. The first door on your right is BMC.
