Web-Meeting: Brand protection in China

Brand protection remains the most important topic for foreign SMEs wishing to do business with China since the brand sets the company apart from its competitors. During this training session, the IP expert Mr. Matias Zubimendi from China IPR SME Helpdesk provides an overview of trademark registration, brand building, and enforcing one's rights in case of an infringement. The Helpdesk also discusses new types of infringements involving copyrights to infringe on brands.
