NIO's lineup consists of the flagship smart electric SUV All-New ES8, flagship smart electric coupe SUV EC7, smart electric mid-to-large SUV ES7 (or EL7), flagship smart electric sedan ET7, versatile smart electric SUV All-New ES6 (or EL6), and smart electric sedan ET5, and smart electric tourer ET5T.

Andreas Faath, Managing Director, VDMA Machine Information Interoperability is responsible for the Interoperability activities effecting the mechanical engineering industry. This positions him as an important voice of the global mechanical and plant engineering industry in the field of interoperable information exchange and digital transformation. Due to the close cooperation with numerous companies in the mechanical and plant engineering industry he represents their wishes and requirements.
Prior to his employment at the VDMA, Andreas Faath studied mechanical and plant engineering and was a scientist at the Technical University of Darmstadt with focus on Digitalization and IIOT. Afterwards he worked in research and development for process optimization and digitalization in the field of vehicle testing at General Motors.

Pascal Wolff is an Assistant Professor of the MIT Global SCALE Network’s Ningbo China Institute for Supply Chain Innovation (NISCI), and a Research Affiliate at the MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics. His previous professional work includes working with BorgWarner Turbo Systems on process optimization and sales planning and Volkswagen Group China on new vehicle projects and production planning.
As part of his academic activities, he has conducted various research projects with partners in the automotive, manufacturing, and logistics industry. Pascal’s research interests encompass various topics in the fields of operations, logistics, and supply chain management. His current research focuses on the digital transformation of supply chains. In particular, he investigates how data-driven technologies can be leveraged to improve supply chain planning and logistics operations. Moreover, he explores the design of smart warehouses.
Pascal published his research in international journals and presented it at international conferences. He also serves as a reviewer for international journals.
Pascal obtained his doctorate double-degree in Supply Chain Management / Management Science and Engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany, and Tongji University, China.

Having been living and working in China for 26 years, Mr. Burkardt belongs to the few German lawyers who own a longtime China experience. Starting his career in 1997 as an in-house counsel in the Beijing based office of one of Germanys biggest plant engineering companies, Mr. Burkardt decided to stay in China and co-established the first German Desk in one of the top-Chinese law firms in 1998. He subsequently joined the European Desk of a big US law firm, which was the first foreign law firm in China. After having been appointed as partner of one of larger independent German law firms, he moved from Beijing to Shanghai in 2003 where he established and headed the firm’s Shanghai office. In 2013 Mr. Burkardt – jointly with one of his former Chinese colleagues – established Burkardt & Partner Rechtsanwälte as a PRC licensed law firm providing practical legal advice predominantly to SME’s from Austria, Germany and Switzerland in the automotive, chemical, food, machine building and engineering industries that are entering or operating in China.
