Juanjo Cardona is Marketing and Information Solutions Manager at Direct HR Group, where he joined in 2012. He overlooks all marketing related activities and is responsible for developing China talent market insights.

Since 2016 the German Chamber of Commerce in China has been partnering with Direct HR Group for the elaboration of its annual Labor Market & Salary Report. Mr. Cardona has been the Project Manager from Direct HR Group’s side in a coordinated effort with the German Chamber of Commerce in China.

With over 14 years of work experience, Mr. Cardona has previously served as Project Manager and Business Development Manager at STIGA, a leading marketing research firm in Spain, focusing mostly in customer satisfaction and service quality for the financial industry.

Within DSA’s International Business Advisory unit, Guilherme mainly advises corporate investors on legal and tax compliance and in setting up and growing their business in China and ASEAN, with a specific regional focus on South China’s Greater Bay Area. As a member of the firm’s Italian Desk, Guilheme looks after several of the firm's Italian accounts, as well as publications and business partnerships.

Prior to joining DSA, Guilherme gained consulting experience at other advisory firms in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Macau.

Guilherme speaks fluent Portuguese, English, Italian, French and Spanish. He has a masters in Law from Portugal and the UK, and an EMBA in finance from Hult Business School in Shanghai.

Qin Anqi has more than 8 years of practical experience in the field of labor law. She provides labor legal advice to enterprises supporting their daily operation, including but not limited to negotiation on collective contracts, drafting legal documents such as employee handbooks and labor contracts, and helping enterprises establish special working hours systems, etc. Furthermore, Ms. Qin is an ex-perienced professional lawyer in handling labor disputes, such as termination of labor relations, collective bargaining, representing clients in labor arbitration & litigation procedures, etc. She has participated in collective negotiations and mass termination of employees on behalf of manufactur-ing enterprises; participated in and led several investigations for multinational companies on em-ployees’ violation of non-competition or anti-bribery obligations, and successfully reclaimed embez-zled money from said employees; she has represented clients in settling the collective labor disputes properly during its business suspension period; she has also supported clients in designing and im-plementing employee arrangement plans in their relocation processes.

Louis Tan is our Assistant Manager of Audit and Consulting services. She is responsible for Mainland China and Hong Kong annual statutory audit, IFRS audit, internal control audit, and corporate and advisory services.
Louis Tan is a practicing member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA) and a Bachelor’s degree holder. She has engaged in annual financial auditing, tax auditing and consulting services for a wide range of industries as an assistant manager and supervisor for about 10 years. With years of experience in accounting, auditing and business advisory services, he has gained a deep understanding of Chinese and HK tax principles, accounting regulations and international auditing standards.
