We would like to invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) that will be held in Shanghai, on 17 May afternoon at Sinan Salon.

The AGM is the highest representative organ of the Swedish Chamber, and is tasked, among others, to elect a Board of Directors to oversee the Chamber's activities. Voting rights are vested in the Chamber Representative( or so called "Primary Member" in our CRM system ) of each member company, as registered with the Chamber.

Kindly notice: this is a member-only event, open for registration for current valid corporate members at the SwedCham in China. Only one seat/vote per member company during the meeting.

If you, as a Chamber Representative, cannot participate in the meeting, you are welcome to give your proxy to a colleague of your own choice or to our Chairman Mr. Ludvig Nilsson （please email to: ludvig.nilsson@jadeinvest.com )
