HPE and Dow cordially invite you to join an engaging conversation about Beyond Work-life Balance at our Women Empowerment Council (WEC) member-hosted webinar on March 31st.
Our objective is to share best practices and growing pains as we grapple with the challenges and opportunities to leverage work environments in the new normal (e.g. flexible workplace arrangements, hybrid working, etc.) We will discuss and have open conversation with leaders and decision-makers who are keen to learn how others are examining their Employee Resource Groups (ERG), Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives, HR policies, Employee experience and more.
Through a highly interactive format and breakout sessions, participants will come away with a broader understanding of what the future of work looks like across different companies and tangible new techniques to implement at their own workplace.
