More women are writing about China, doing business in China and generally doing interesting things in China than ever before, and we want more of their voices to be heard.

NüVoices is an international editorial collective gathering veteran and emerging writers, journalists, translators and artists to celebrate and support the diverse creative work of self-identified women working on the subject of China (broadly defined).

Our directory of nearly 500 female experts on Greater China is a popular tool for journalists and event organizers and has significantly boosted women and minorities’ representation in media stories and conference programming.

Kente & Silk

Kente & Silk is a social enterprise changing the status-quo of Africa-China relations by 1) Rebranding Africa in China: hosting interactive & innovative events that promote African art, culture & business 2) Strategic Advisory Services: providing consulting, market research & partnership development services for African stakeholders seeking to engage with China 3) Product Distribution & Representation: supporting the entry of premium African products into China. Kente & Silk's flagship event is China's only Africa Week Beijing, which bought together over 1000 diverse communities to "celebrate Africa in China", this week ended with China's only African start-up pitch competition.

Spittoon

Spittoon is a Beijing-based arts collective that does events and programming throughout China and publishes a literary magazine and a comic book, all with the goal of bringing together Chinese and foreign writers, artists, and literary enthusiasts.
