Ms. Danting Cheng is Head of Training and Development ICUnet-Asia from ICUnet AG. She lived and worked in Germany and England for over 10 years. The experience drives her passion in exploring intercultural matters and has made her an expert in intercultural qualification measures, i.e. training for effective cross-border collaboration (above all Sino-German cooperation), intercultural potential analysis, and international assignment preparation for both expatriates and impatriates. Working as an experienced consultant, trainer and facilitator, Danting’s clients include over 50 MNCs and SMEs, both in Germany and China. She speaks Chinese as mother tongue, and is fluent in German and English.
Mr. Xiaolong Hu grew up in China and has spent many years living in Germany. After studying at the University of Hannover he worked for a short while in the engineering profession. Since 2003 he has worked for various technology oriented management consultancies, including TMG Consultants in Stuttgart. In his last position, as the Managing Director of Staufen AG’s subsidiary, he helped drive strong business growth in China. His areas of responsibility there were sales, project business, and human resources. His present consulting work focuses on operational excellence as well as on managing large implementation projects in a cross-cultural context.
Ms. Tina Chen is since February 2013 Head of Communications of Continental Group China responsible for managing the perception of Continental corporate brand and reputation by all relevant stakeholders in China including external, internal and online communication of Continental China organization. She has over 15 years working experiences in automotive industry covering marketing, business development and corporate communications. Prior to join Continental in 2003, she had worked for LG Chemical for business development and marketing communication in various industry segments.
Throughout her career, Tina Chen has extensive experiences working on high technology products for business development and marketing communication in highly competitive market of rubber & chemical material sector and automotive electronics sector together with cultural diversified international team members.
She studied Korean and English language literature at Shanghai International Studies University and further developed herself in business administration and tailored executive education program from China Europe International Business School.
