2019 KIT创新日人工智能专场之“依AI之见”

Dear Sir and Madam,

尊敬的女士们、先生们，

Artificial intelligence (AI) is the theme of the Science Year 2019 in Germany. AI is probably the most exciting future technology of our time. AI indeed will change our lives and daily routine, our work, and our society. As the Research University in the Helmholtz Association, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) aligns its major research areas with the large challenges society is facing nowadays. Future-oriented topics such as the interaction of humans and machines, Industry 4.0, autonomous driving, humanoid robotics and speech comprehension are central AI issues that involve a wide variety of disciplines at KIT.

德国2019科学年的主题是人工智能。人工智能可能是我们这一时 代诞生出的最为动人心弦的科技。的确，人工智能将改变我们 的生活、日常习惯，我们的工作和我们的社会。作为亥姆霍兹 联合会的一员，卡尔斯鲁厄理工学院（KIT）的研究领域与当今 社会的重大挑战保持一致。KIT多种专业方向与人工智能的核心 问题有关，比如人机互动、工业4.0、无人驾驶等面向未来发展 的主题。

Also in China AI has developed as one of the most important topics for a long time. It is no doubt that China will play a key role in the global race to develop cutting-edge AI. This is where is great potential for the joint research and development projects between German and Chinese scientists and entrepreneurs. The KIT Innovation Forum provides in this context a platform for innovation and technology transfer to introduce its ready-to-market solutions to its partners and a knowledgeable audience from industry, science and public administration.

人工智能在中国早已成为了最重要的问题之一。毋庸置疑，中国 将在开发尖端人工智能的全球赛跑中发挥关键作用。中德两方的 科研和企业的合作项目具备着巨大的潜力。"KIT创新论坛"为 创新与科技工业化提供了一个平台，把成熟的解决方案介绍给合 作伙伴以及来自工业界、学术界还有公共行政部门的资深人士。

In this year, four young scientists and professors of KIT will share their latest research results in the area of medical and surgical robots, interactive systems, multimodal sensors and blockchain technology at KIT Innovation Forum in Suzhou. They are looking very much forward to presenting their solutions for working, the production of the future, and to getting in touch with you. We may therefore just encourage you to seize this opportunity to get to know our outstanding young scientists and professors personally.
