Peter Cheng 郑靖伟

Peter worked as the General Manager for the advertising platform department of Tencent's online media business group, Co-Founder, Director and COO of AdChina易传媒(later acquired by Alibaba). Later, he joined Integral Group as an Executive Partner, responsible for investment in the Internet sector.
Peter graduated from Taiwan Jiaotong University with a degree in Computer Science and MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He served as Product VP of Adify (acquired by Cox), Director of Global Internet Marketing Products at eBay, and Vividence (later acquired by Keynote Systems) Senior Product Manager, Oracle's Product Manager, FedEx's Senior Marketing Analyst and more in his early days in USA.
Peter has extensive experience and network in enterprise software, advertising and marketing, product management, operations, sales management, innovation and entrepreneurship.

He has over 20 years of working experience in venture capital, investment banking, and in high tech companies. Prior to joining Qiming, he was a managing director at Highland Capital Partners and Intel Capital based in China for nearly 10 years. His investment portfolio includes many companies in the semiconductor, software, Internet and mobile Internet sectors, out of which 6 have successfully completed IPO and 2 were acquired by public companies.
Prior to that, Kuantai was a Vice President at Credit Suisse, responsible for the Asia Technology Investment Banking business. Kuantai began his career at Cypress Semiconductors based in the Silicon Valley where he was an R&D Manager and a Wafer Fab Engineering Manager. The prestigious Forbes Midas List has recognised Kuantai as one of the top venture capitalists in China.

William joined SOSV from SingTel Innov8 Ventures where he was Managing Director supporting China investments. While at Innov8 he led investments including Yodo1 (mobile games), GMobi (mobile phone platform), DemystData (fintech), Lekan (children's media platform), and Massive Impact which was acquired by GMobi.
Previously, William was a Partner at Softbank China & India Holdings, a venture capital firm backed by Softbank and Cisco. While at SoftBank he led investments in Silk Road Telecom (SRT) - in mobile enterprise cloud SaaS, Playspan - a payment platform acquired by Visa (NYSE: V), Punch Entertainment - a Vietnam mobile game developer acquired by DeNA (Tokyo: 2432), and Peacesoft - a Vietnam eCommerce and payment platform backed by eBay (NASDAQ: EBAY) and MOL Group (NASDAQ: MOLG).
William spent 11 years as an equity research analyst most recently with Deutsche Bank where he was responsible for Internet and Telecom Equipment in Asia and China technology, media and telecom. William was an active angel investor with 39 investments 2004- 2014.
In 2006 he was ranked #3 All-Asia analyst for Technology/Software and IT Services by Institutional Investor Magazine Asia. In 2005,he was ranked #1 stock picker in Technology, Media and Telecom, and #3 overall for Hong Kong/China by Starmine Thompson Reuters.

As a partner of Blockchain Founders Fund, Mansoor currently focuses on sourcing top projects from the North America region. Mansoor previously led growth and marketing strategy as Head of Content at Alluma, an innovative technology company launching secure digital currency exchanges across South East Asia and India. He is also early stage investor in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology and Initial Coin Offerings. Prior to Crypto Mansoor traded equities and derivatives and ran an international digital marketing and branding agency.
