With over 5 years of experience in Esports, Anthony is already considered an old-timer in this new industry. Anthony has been called an "Esports expert" and has built numerous professional teams, run an Esports agency, and has done large scale Esports events. Previous to Esports and Roar, Anthony was Executive Vice President of International for Shanghai United Benefit Enterprise Group, a private investment group with over US$2bil in assets.

Erick has almost 20 years experience in the software industry, including system design and architecture, development process execution, and technical leading. During 4 years, he and his team successfully rolled out and maintained production-ready systems used by major telecom companies in South America, such as Oi, Tim and Claro, collecting and processing data for tens of thousands of cellular network devices.

Hailing from the Motor City (Detroit), Taylor is a digital strategist & computer vision engineer who works with sport photos/video & AI @ Miro. Prior to Miro, Taylor lead innovation & consumer-facing mobile platforms in the McDonald's® system as Global VP, Head of Digital – Asia with TMSW. In total, his teams' apps served over 100MM customers & helped distribute more than US$1.2B in food & prizes to customers via their smartphones. Taylor has called Hong Kong home since 2012.

Bob Bogaert

COO, Portfolio.io

Bob is a two-time entrepreneur with deep experience in online gaming, online services and payments. He kicked off his career as a project manager in Tencent's Shanghai gaming studio and soon moved to Shenzhen to join their business development team. While at Tencent, Bob won the internal GURU challenge and opened up channels with 30+ European game studios including Rovio and Mojang. Later, he lead both product development and M&A for Moovent Animation, doubling the studio's size. Bob holds dual masters degrees in Economics and Eastern Languages & Cultures. His heroes are people like economist Paul Samuelson and founder of The Vanguard Group, Jack Bogle.

Elsa Medin

Elsa is an animal lover and entrepreneur from Gothenburg, Sweden. She received her Bachelor's Degree from Donghua University in Shanghai in International business. After wanting to adopt a pet and having limited safe solutions, the same year she Co- Founded Spare Leash. Being able to speak 5 different languages, she previously worked at GBP for 2 years taking care of business development and sales with semiconductor and Solar companies closing million dollar deals worldwide.

Armed with almost 20 years product experience, Paddy led Zynga China's mobile studio, overseeing 6 international games, while driving Zynga's first mid-core mobile title, War of the Fallen, to market in record time. A regular game conference speaker, 18 year China veteran, and sponsor of Portugal's leading PUBG Esports team, Paddy started CAPSL in 2016 with the vision to grow the next generation of esports heroes.
