Carmen is Vice President of the Fu Lun Youth Association of Macau, and is actively involved in promoting women's development. She is also Chair of the 2018 International Affairs Training Program Preparatory Committee, which aims to nurture women in Macau to develop an international perspective and participate in international affairs.
Carmen is an Associate Director of Deloitte China. She has extensive experience in providing advisory, forensic and accounting services to both public (notably the Macau SAR Government) and private sectors. Furthermore, she has helped a wide range of local and multinational clients set up and operate businesses in Macao. Suzanne Watkinson is a Macau based real estate professional. She has been in this industry for over 14 years. Suzanne has a strong hospitality background having held senior management positions at five-star hotels & private members’ clubs in Bermuda, Dubai, Australia, Singapore & Hong Kong. Born in Malaysia Suzanne grew up in Singapore, Hong Kong & Japan. Her family has connections with Macau going back over 50 years, so she is very familiar with multiple Asian cultures.

Sabrina Ho Chiu Yeng is a young entrepreneur focus in development of arts and culture, she actively organizes various types of arts and cultural activities as to promote the development of Asian arts and culture, at the same time develop young artists from different sectors. She is the Founder and the Managing Director of Chiu Yeng Culture, as well as the Director and Chief Executive Officer of Poly Auction Macau Limited. She is also a member of the Committee of Cultural Industries of Government of Macao Special Administrative Region, the Co-Vice Chairlady of Bellissima Italia and the Honorary Ambassador Korean Culture of Hong Kong and Macau of Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Hong Kong. In 2015, she was honored with number 17th on the 2015 Top 100 Global Chinese Art Market Man by Yi Dian China and Art Nova 2015 by Art Power 100.
At just 27 of age, Sabrina signed a strategic partnership agreement with UNESCO in November, 2017. Designer, Lettering Artist. Studying and working in Silicon Valley, California for seven years, majoring in design. She had working and internship experience at SAP(Forbes 500)and VMware.

Nicole Ng is the co-founder and managing director of NCM Design, a leading event design company established in 2011, NCM Design has organized and designed for more than 1000 events, her clients include Louis Vuitton, Dior, Tiffany & Co. and Swatch Group.
Nicole is also the president of Macau English Debate Association and the coach of University of Macau English Debating Team( 2017 China National Champion). Since 2010, she has trained more than 500 students for debating and public speaking skill, she has also organized numerous international debate competitions to allow young people from Macau to have intellectual exchange with young people from other parts of the world.
Graduated from the Institute for Tourism Studies, Pamela is currently the Head of Marketing at Taipa Village Destination Limited, and Director of the Executive Board at Taipa Village Cultural Association. Over the past 10 years, she has worked in a number of integrated hotel resorts, excelling in Marketing and Communications, Public Relations and Event Management. She is currently an active player in Macau art scene in terms of exhibition curation, production and judge panel.
Teresa is the co-founder of JOYO & K2 Digital. She graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a master degree in Information Engineering. Teresa aims to combine her expertise in information technology with her passion in environmental protection and travelling. She co-founded K2 back in 2015 to design and develop digital experiences. She then joined JOYO in 2017 focusing on brand revamp and platform design, the brand motto being “own less, travel more”. She believes that as much as high quality coding algorithms and strong cyber security should be emphasised, a good UI/UX is an equally, if not more, important feature for a truly great website or application. She aspires to combine technology, design and environmental friendliness in her products.
