Beijing Women's Network and JingJobs presents:
Professional Development Series: Community Building and Company Culture “
There is no power for change greater than a community discovering what it cares about.”
Every organization is diverse as everyone shares different backgrounds, experiences, and cultures. How is a company or organization's culture created and maintained? Being a part of a diverse workforce can be challenging, especially when it comes to fostering and maintaining healthy relationships in and outside the office. However, it is crucial to construct a team that can work well together alongside their differences, and incorporate these diverse characteristics to develop a more efficient and effective work environment.
A community is a place to create meaningful and sustainable relationships with one another. Building such a community within an organization is one way to form a cohesive and viable working system, and it starts with developing a sense of togetherness among a group of people, be it inside your office, neighborhood or town - all must share a common ground.
What will this event cover?- How to build and maintain a community and organizational culture
