Each participant will receive:



1.        Confidential organisational self-assessment report showing potential in teams being led.

2.        Confidential individual self-assessment report showing how adaptive/agile, responsive, effective and enabling pre-workshop leadership choices are.

3.        Comparison of self-assessments against their peer cohort group as well as a global data base.

4.        Multi modular short but intensive workshops which overall will show:

a)        WHY leadership needs to have a new paradigm and why Leadership 4.0 gets better results based on a new science for a new age, Complexity Science.

b)       WHAT principles need to be in place and what opportunities there are in current teams being led.

c)        HOW to:

                        i.             Make better time-saving choices to be more agile and valuable

                      ii.             Achieve better change using modern change management techniques

                    iii.             Enable stakeholders, including bosses, to be more aligned and supportive

                     iv.             Master mindful reflective practice for better results and less stress

                      v.             Practice coaching techniques as a leader, not just a coach

                     vi.             Manage different generations with differing outlooks

5.        Repeat post on-line foundation workshops: Individual Leadership Capablity self-assessment to show level of improvement, with confidential report and collated report for whole cohort to compare improvements

6.        Secure and confidential web site to share learning and insights with peer co-coaching teams.
