Application and co-coaching:
1. WeChat group where participant can raise insights and questions with the whole cohort as well as with the CAL Mentors, who can, if needed, give individual coaching should peer co-coaching not meet the needs.
2. CAL's award-wining and secure ISO 27001 certified Impact and Peer Accountability System (IPAS) where participants
a. Spend 5 minutes a day reflective practice and stop – think – reflect – log insights onto IPAS system to share with peer sub action learning group. Inputs are kept strictly confidential to the sub group
b. Spend 10 minutes a week to stop – think – reflect – log how they can apply learning to their weekly schedule of work ahead
c. Spend 1.5 hours every two weeks to have a coaching call with their sub group
Every two weeks a report is sent out to all showing level of activity of each group and individual:
Post programme reporting:
At the end of the programme participants complete a quick and confidential on-line survey to report key learning, usefulness and benefits. A cohort report is sent to all showing what the cohort overall learned and achieved:
Certificate:
After successfully completing the programme each participant will receive an International Certificate
