ToonLee Ng (伍俊莉) is the owner of Venture Sense incorporated in Singapore since 2016. Venture Sense is a venture development organisation and creates cross border ventures for companies via commercialisation activities; working primarily with late stage companies for market access into relevant markets. The geographies are primarily Israel, China and SEA (via Singapore). Venture Sense works with partners in Israel, China and Singapore.

She is an active private equity investor investing in real estate and directly into companies at various stages; Her 2019 personal investment focus is into her ventures and gemstones specifically investment grade emeralds.

Petros studied Economics at Nottingham University and has been in China for three years. After working with tech startups and corporates in Beijing, London, and Nicosia, he founded BeHive, a skills training platform that helps students become better communicators and culturally agile in today's constantly changing workplace. Petros has served in the Special Forces as a Sergeant Major and has been recognized by the WEF as a Global Shaper. As an avid supporter of youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, and personal development, he is a mentor at Startup Grind and has facilitated and designed various corporate trainings for companies such as VW, Lean in China, and Genowledge. Petros is 27 and from Cyprus.

Costas is originally from Cyprus where he completed a two-year military service. During that time, he joined the ranks of the Special Forces, qualified as a Sergeant Major and graduated first of his Class.
As a first-generation university graduate, Costas studied Law at the University of Manchester. After graduating, he came to Beijing where he has been living for the past 3 years. In 2017, he co-founded BeHive, a platform that helps students, recent graduates and young professionals develop career skills. Costas is a Cyprus qualified attorney who has worked as a Management Trainee for a Chinese conglomerate and is now acting as International Legal Counsel for a Chinese IP firm.
