💪 Start forming teams and discussing ideas.
Name your teams and take an inventory of members' skills. Be honest, and direct about what resources and skills are needed for the weekend.
You may work as late as the venue allows and can change locations if needed.

Each team will have a chance to talk to mentor so that they started to understand more about who you are, who's your team, what's your idea, and the product you want to build.
