Carlos Quintana is a Telecommunications Engineer by the Polytechnic University of Madrid. During his whole career he has worked at international level, first as Project Engineer working Space Engineer at High Technology European projects for the Space Sector; after that as member of the Spanish delegation at the European Space Agency; and then as CDTI Delegate at India first, and nowadays in China.

Diploma in Tourism Degree in East Asian Studies Master in International Relations and Foreign Trade at INFOREM-Official College of Political Scientists of Madrid. Performing a Superior Training in International Marketing Strategies.
