中国德国商会华南及大西南地区诚邀您参加于2020年9月25日举办的"中国德国商会第13次年度薪酬报告".
新冠肺炎的爆发对全球经济造成了打击，影响着全球的就业和社会福利，中国的薪酬体系也不可避免地受到波及。由此，必须采取相关的人力资源措施来减轻疫情对商业活动的影响。
人力资源经理们也时常反思其公司提供的薪酬待遇是否符合当地市场的平均水平，以及根据应聘者资历和公司所在地区，尤其在受疫情的持续影响的情况下，他们应该提供多少薪酬。本次报告是德国商会第13次向其会员呈现《劳动力市场和薪酬报告》。作为标杆性的出版物，德国商会的薪酬报告客观地调查了中国就业市场的现状，并对2021年的发展趋势进行了预测。
