The highly experienced and engaging Chip has coached internationally in 7 countries across industries such as banking and financial services, pharmaceutical companies, IT, professional service firms and multi-lateral public service organisations. Chip is lead facilitator of many ISLC training programs as the inspirational “Godfather of Coaching” within our faculty.
Chip's vast experience ranges over a number of areas of leadership development including training and coaching the elements of inspirational leadership.
Chip has over 18,000 hours coaching experience over 30+ years and has worked with senior leadership teams across Asia, helping them to succeed in leading culturally diverse organizations. Chip’s inter-cultural and wide-ranging background adds diversity and depth to his executive coaching practice. Chip has held executive operations roles in some well recognised multinational brands. He was a senior fellow of the Professional and Personal Coaches Association (PPCA) prior to its amalgamation with the International Coach Federation. Chip, a native New Yorker, also became an Aussie in 1995.
