Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made in writing and received 10 working day before event open, in order to receive the refund.
No refund if the written cancellation is received after 10 working day before event open.
A cancellation processing fee of RMB 500 will be deducted from the refund for paid registrant.
Registrant will be responsible for his/her own travel, hotel reservation and cancellation expenses.
