He teaches graduate level leadership at Columbia University. Captain Marquet retired from the Navy in 2009, and is the Captain of, Human Capital Engineering at Next Jump, Inc., a leading e-commerce company in New York.He started speaking a little more than 12 months ago and has already spoken in 6 countries, including major EO, Vistage, and Fortune Leadership Summit conferences to thousands of business leaders.
