Erik Ackner
Program Director, Startupbootcamp(Facilitator)
Erik is an experienced entrepreneur, event organizer and startup community builder from Germany, based in China since 2010. He is helping China's startup community and ecosystem to thrive and connect with the rest of the world. Erik is doing so in three ways: firstly by starting his own businesses (UrTurn: event agency, SHIFT: LOHAS community, Startup Generation: entrepreneurship thinktank); secondly by representing and organizing global startup events and communities such as Startup Grind, Startup Weekend, Slush and Fuckup Nights in China; and lastly by running startup acceleration programs at Startupbootcamp. At SBC, Erik is responsible to scale local and international tech startups in China where I assist with business development, connecting and advice.
Being a creative entrepreneur and community builder from Germany, Erik have a MA double-degree in Chinese-European Business and Economy from both Germany (Berlin School of Economics and Law) and China (South-Western University of Finance and Law) and focused since 2010 on studies, communities and business in China.

公司主營業務：台灣亞克（ARK，方舟）管理諮詢公司，是一間解決創業者在
中國市場落地問題的顧問諮詢公司，包含法規、稅務、產業政策研究、市場與投
資等業務，並且運營位於南京江北新區的創業空間（眾創碼頭）。
眾創碼頭座落於南京江北新區中海峽兩岸科技工業園的創業空間，佔地2500
平方米。於2016年8月獲得國務院台灣事務辦公室正式授牌為兩岸青年創業
基地。
眾創碼頭則為園區內唯一台灣初創企業者之孵化空間，運營團隊聚焦在協助初
來南京發展之外資企業，在最短的時間內以最低的成本接觸並瞭解當地市場，
獲得相對應之資金投資、通路市場、媒體曝光等。自2015年11月至2017年
10月止，亞克已經協助40家台資與中台合資企業在南京開展業務、對接市場、
發展活動。
亞克主要聚焦於泛娛樂與大健康產業等產業鏈。以本公司在2016年6月、2017
年9月於南京舉辦的台灣籃球3對3聯賽，觸及的籃球球員達到200人，同時
與當地銀行、南京可口可樂等知名企業聯名贊助，並且談下了南京電視台全媒
體免費的廣告宣傳。亞克在前期會為外來的相關企業做市場調查分析、業務合
作可行性分析，並建議其落地之後的合作方向與可行性參考。為讓入驻之台湾
企業快速在南京著陸，亞克公司細分進駐企業業態打造循環⽣生態體系，為企業提供免費之基礎公共服務如，企業識別形象CIS、媒體專訪打造企業形象、商貿公司解決原料/產品⼩小批量進出⼜⼝口問題等。並建⽴立有⼯工商登記、稅務法律、︑⼈事保險代辦等優良廠商資料供予企業以優惠價格付費對接使⽤用。讓台青創業家能在最短的時間、以最低的成本,專注在⾃自⼰己業務發展之本質，迅速適應⼤大陸⽣生活；運營團隊並視產品成熟度與商業模式可⾏行性，個案輔導申請當地補助政策、投資基⾦金、市場渠道、⼤大型企業專案合作等其他資源。

Daniel Johnsen
Program Facilitator, Techstars(Mentor)
Daniel is an entrepreneur most recently from Louisville, Kentucky, USA where he commercialized a drink dispensing kiosk for gyms for healthy, nutritional on-demand pre/post workout drinks. He is currently focused on improving the patient experience for the discharge process using timed email campaigns visiting medical professionals requiring follow-up care and individualized instructions.
Daniel recently completed a move to Central Western Queensland, Australia to be the region's Entrepreneur In Residence in 2017, concluding in May 2018. While working to secure a second placement, Daniel is traveling around Asia meeting with entrepreneurs, leading a preaccelerator program under the Techstars umbrella and exploring startup ecosystems.
Daniel is a highly requested facilitator for Startup Weekends around the globe, having participated or facilitated in over 50 events to over 3,000 participants. Daniel shares unique approaches to getting customers early and building first versions of products to test business models quickly.
He has helped individuals through ideation, problem identification, business models, marketing, founding team creation, first iterations of products/services and fundraising. On the fundraising circuit, Daniel led an oversubscribed investment round netting a startup $1M in funding commitments in 48 hours. Daniel holds an MBA with a focus in Entrepreneurship.

Kieran Fung
Community Builder, Eureka Nova(Mentor)
Kieran’s passion is to help entrepreneurs to validate their ideas, build their products, and scale their businesses to create positive impact. Currently, Kieran is the community builder of Eureka Nova, the innovation hub of the New World Group. He oversees the incubation/acceleration programme that aims to bridge startups with business units of the New World Group, along with various corporate innovation initiatives. Kieran has advised 50+ start-ups to date.
Before joining Eureka Nova, Kieran was the consultant for the Yeh Family Philanthropy, assisting projects involving social enterprises in Hong Kong that want to change the status quo. Prior to that, Kieran oversaw the operation of a manufacturing and merchandise business for 4 years and learnt the ropes of supply chain management.
Prior to that, Kieran founded an online job-searching platform in California, USA that matches fresh graduates with enjoyable jobs and companies. After running the start-up for one and a half year, Kieran successfully exited his start-up with an acquisition from a competitor.
Kieran received his MBA from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and his bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of California in San Diego. His expertise includes artificial intelligence, cryptography, design thinking, and business modelling.

Kieran热衷于帮助创业家验证他们的想法，构建他们的产品，并扩展他们的业务。目前，Kieran是新世界集团创新中心Eureka Nova的社区打造者，负责初创项目孵化/加速计划以及各种企业创新计划，旨在将初创项目与新世界集团的部门联系起来。 Kieran迄今已为50多家初创企业提供咨询。
在加入Eureka Nova之前，Kieran是叶氏家族基金的顾问，协助香港社会企业项目改变社会现状。在此之前，Kieran花了4年学习供应链管理的基础。
在此之前，Kieran在美国加州建立了一个在线求职平台，该平台将应届毕业生与合适的工作和公司相匹配。在经营了一年半的创业公司之后，Kieran的初创公司被竞争对手收购。

Julie Shen
Co-Director, Startup Grind Nanjing(Mentor)
Julie had worked at Johnson & Johnson China before as a Management Trainee. She had also been working in two startups before as marketing director. At the same time started her own event company, specialized in organizing international events and selling them to malls and governments. Since 2017, Julie is working in Jiangsu Liyun Law Firm, specializing in expat investment company law and accounting services.
She is also a Co-Director of Startup Grind Nanjing.

Oscar Prat van Thiel
