We are a membership based, professional women’s network, proudly in Beijing since 2008. VIVA Beijing was started by two professionals Jasmine Keel from France and Sarah Cooper from the UK, being the first of its kind in China. We represent a diverse network of women in terns of expertise, experience and nationalities.
What We Do
VIVA Mentorship Programme is one of its kind programme run in Beijing aimed to connect bright and ambitions women in a junior or mid-lever positions in organizations with senior level mentors to provide objective, confidential and psychologically safe platform for mentees’ professional and personal growth. We have stellar mentors from diverse backgrounds and exemplary career paths that have pledged to dedicate quality time to their mentee’s development. This year we are also looking forward to enhancing our profile and welcome highly qualified, high level mentors from Chinese background. We are also looking forward to support cross gender and reverse mentorship.
