Mr. Hsiao J. Chiu is Managing Partner of JP International Search Consultants. Born in Germany Mr. Chiu grew up in a -by then- traditional large Chinese household with six siblings. Since his move to China in 2004, Mr. Chiu has experience in consulting foreign companies in China recruiting key talents and supporting them in their business activities in China and Hong Kong. Mr. Chiu is a regular guest speaker at distinguished HR conferences and seminars in China and in Germany where he shares his insight knowledge and experience about the comprehensive HR challenges in China.
With 8+ years consulting experience and 10 years industry experience, his main areas of expertise are growth strategies and sales as well as operational efficiency and transformation. Mr v. Steynitz was operationally responsible in line functions he held at Deutz Dalien Engine Co. Ltd., China and DEUTZ AG.

Regarding academic career, Götz v. Steynitz studied industrial engineering with business administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Braunschweig specializing in mechanical engineering.

Wouter has more than 5 year experience in the outsourcing market in China and supported many foreign companies with the provision of temporary engineering and project management capacities. As Business Development Manager Asia he is responsible for Brunel’s business in the heavy industry, high tech, chemical, food & pharma and automotive industry around Asia.

After five years in the People’s Republic of China, Stefan recently joined Brunel as Account Manager. As a German national with a strong China-related background and high proficiency in the Chinese language, Mr. Schmutzler will be co-responsible for the company’s nationwide project-based contracting activities and permanent recruitment solutions, especially catering German companies and the German-speaking community.
