Malcolm Nerva
FOUNDER of GENOWLEDGE CORPORATIONMalcolm Nerva is a trainer, facilitator, and coach with 17 years of training, facilitating, and coaching experience in China, Singapore, and AsiaPac. Since his arrival in China in 2002, Malcolm has worked with numerous multinational, state-owned and small and medium enterprises throughout the mainland. Over the course of his career, he has trained, coached, and assessed over 10,000 participants from all over the world. Malcolm graduated from The National University of Singapore with a Bachelors (Honors) in Business Administration. He is certified in MBTI Step I and II, DISC, Firo-B, and the Enneagram, and is a Career and Behavioral Consultant as well as an NLP Executive Coach. He is a regular guest lecturer at the BBA, MBA, and Masters of Finance programs at Peking, Tsinghua, and Renmin universities.
