Victoria Wilk is the Director of China Safety of Regulatory Affairs for Boeing Commercial Airplanes. She is responsible for Boeing’s safety related activities in China, which includes working closely the CAAC on product validation and other regulatory issues. Based at the Boeing China office in Beijing, Victoria has involvement in all BCA CAAC aircraft validations, Boeing implementation of the FAA-CAAC IPA bi-lateral agreement, general regulatory support to Seattle, Everett, South Carolina, and Zhoushan Boeing Production Delivery support and general regulatory support to in-service continued airworthiness issues.

Victoria Wilk is co-chair of Aviation Cooperation Partnership’s Manufacturing & Airworthiness committee. She works closely with in-country FAA, CAAC, and ACP US-Industry representatives to advance US Aviation Safety cooperation in China.

Victoria’s 13 year tenure at Boeing has been spent growing and leading Boeing Commercial Airplanes Engineering organizations. Victoria led 737 Data Connectivity, Cabin Systems, Payloads Certification, In-Flight Entertainment, Avionics, and Flight Deck Displays. Victoria began her career with BCA Product Development and Boeing Business Jets.

As an expert in girls’ leadership development and engaging GenZ girls, Julie built innovative programs that inspire, train, and connect girls changemakers globally and has grown the organization’s impact to reach 50,000 girls in more than 100 countries. She knows that girls are the leaders of today and, inspiring girls through Girl Up’s action-oriented programming, has supported girl changemakers to raise millions of dollars, take thousands of advocacy actions, and start their own movements for change.
Julie has been with the UN Foundation since 2009 and played an instrumental role in launching Girl Up in 2010. She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University.
