The Joint Audit Cooperation (JAC) on behalf of its 16 member companies: AT&T, Deutsche Telekom, KPN, MTC, Orange, Proximus, Rogers, Swisscom, Telefónica, Telenor, Telia Company, TELSTRA, TIM, VEON, Verizon and Vodafone, is pleased to invite you to the 8th JAC Forum, which will take place across 2 days – 16th and 17th January 2019 hosted in Shenzhen, China.

In the spirit of "co-operation beyond competition" and with your valued contribution, JAC has been making continuous efforts and progress towards improving the sustainability of its members, suppliers and the ICT industry.

Last year, at the JAC CSR Forum in Guangzhou, we focused on the opportunity to integrate the scope of the JAC activities through training, dialogue with stakeholder.

The focus of this upcoming Forum will look at the tremendous opportunities as well as new regulations related to "Circular Economy", having a common understanding on the principles and practices underpinning the responsible use of the planet's resources. Topics include responsible use of minerals and metals, collaboration across the product life cycle, sharing of reporting and risk assessment tools, and related assurance processes.

In addition, JAC will celebrate outstanding achievements at this forum across two award programs:

• JAC will recognize, this year and working in cooperation with EPI consulting, companies which can demonstrate the highest leadership commitment, innovation and achievement of tangible results in delivering excellence in worker welfare through best practice.
• For the 2nd year running, JAC will recognise suppliers across different supply chain tiers that have actively and successfully participated in the 2017 JAC audit campaign.

The event will bring together key international stakeholders such as leading telecom operators, suppliers in the Information Communication Technology sector (ICT), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) institutions, Governmental representatives, Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) and researchers.
