The CCS Teen Support Group is a weekly support group where teens, through shared experiences, will have the benefit of encouragement and support in coping with challenging issues such as anxiety, relationships, body image, identity and academic pressure. The support group offers a safe space for teens to gain new insight into these challenges, connect with their peers, share stories and to know they are not alone.
This group is currently accepting new members. We welcome applicants between the ages of 14-18. Participation is limited, sign up today!

When: March 5 – May 21, every Sunday, no sessions on Apr 2 & 9
