With 13 years of experience in research and development, management, entrepreneurship, and investment incubation in the fields of artificial intelligence, image processing, robotics, lidar, and advanced manufacturing, he has invested and incubated dozens of technology companies. The track is mainly distributed in radio frequency chips, autonomous driving, and robots. , Digital governance, medical equipment, artificial intelligence and other fields.

Roger Cheang is a committed and passionate entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in structural design and property development. His expertise extends across all areas of building development. His past experience in hotel development, building design and construction tempered him to understand the full cycle of project development and how to turn ideas into reality. As a founder and CEO of Neo-Genesis Engineering, Roger has international exposure in Asia Pacific, the United States, China and South East Asia to provide sustainable building solutions to a wide range of projects including integrated resorts, mixed commercial and residential. In recent years, Roger has turned his attention to helping the young generation of engineers in integrating innovative technology such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), modulus construction and 3D scanning. Being an enthusiast in urbanization, he is happy to share and learn about any state-of-the-art technology innovation.
Roger Cheang holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and a Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering from University of California, San Diego. He is a certified Engineer in the United States. Macau and the CNMI.

Since 2000, Mr. GUI has provided environmental, health and safety (EHS) consulting services to multinational clients at numerous industrial facilities in China, Hongkong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Malaysia. Mr. GUI has an in-depth understanding of EHS laws and regulations at national and provincial levels, and he is experienced with sustainable program design and development, industrial wastewater treatment process, water saving, hazardous waste disposal and minimization technology, environmental site assessment (ESA), environmental impact assessment (EIA) and EHS compliance audits. Mr. GUI graduated from Tongji University and holds professional certificates of China Senior Environmental Protection Engineer, Registered EIA Engineer, Registered Environmental Protection Engineer, and is a certified industrial hygienist (CIH) of ABIH.

Linka joined the UNDP Bangkok Regional Hub on December 2016. Since then, she has been coordinating national youth entrepreneurship and innovation activities with more than 20 countries under Youth Co:Lab in Asia-Pacific region.
Before joining UNDP, she worked as the business development manager for a social enterprise in Hong Kong called Inter Cultural Education for 2 years. She ran programmes such Social Innovation Trip and Asia Pacific Youth Exchange with young people from all over Asia. She has been playing an active role in grass-root led entrepreneur ecosystem in China and Thailand as the facilitator of Startup Weekend and Asia Pacific Youth Exchange.
She has a master degree in Interpreting and Translation in Hong Kong Polytechnic University (English and Chinese).
Since June 2020, together with two of her friends, she co-founded a community based tourism startuped, Storius.

Bingjian is a professional industrial designer and design academic. He received his BEng, MSc and PhD (Full Scholarship, Loughborough University) in the area of industrial design. He was the founding member of the department of industrial design at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) and the Program Director of BEng Industrial Design. In September 2018, he joined Ningbo Nottingham University (UNNC) and acts as the course director of Product Design and Manufacture. Apart from design education and research, he also has close collaborative relationship with industry, including Hisense and CRRC which he designed the 500KM/H high speed train concept for in 2018.

In China he has designed and developed a solution for live handwriting capture and recognition to track the production in the fully manual largest leather sofa factory, troubleshooted the automation of large steel mills and electronics plants securing multi M$ contracts, mentored and supervised SCADA and MES projects in Heathrow airport, steel mils, logistics, electronics and car/motorbike industry from 2000.

In March 2019 joins the team of TROUBLEMAKER as resident mentor and consultant offering advise to members and consulting services.
