Mr. Xu Weichuan, joined International Finance Corporation (IFC), the World Bank Group in 2004, currently heads the Financial Institution Group’s investment services in China. Mr. Xu led a number of investment transactions in Chinese financial institutions, including banking, insurance, leasing and microfinance. He is also a member of the IFC’s global fintech team, covering fintech investment in China and spearheading China fintech’s cross-border initiative. Prior to joining IFC, Mr. Xu worked in the Beijing Municipality Government.

徐伟川先生2004年加入世界银行集团国际金融公司(IFC)，现任金融机构部中国业务负责人，负责国际金融公司在中国金融市场的投资工作。徐伟川先生主导了国际金融公司对中国多家金融机构的投资，包括大型商业银行，保险公司，租赁及微型金融机构。徐伟川先生同时是国际金融公司全球金融科技投资团队成员，负责中国地区的金融科技业投资以及领导中国金融科技企业跨境合作。在加入国际金融公司前，徐伟川先生曾在北京市政府工作。

Ms Shen joined TPG as China Operating Head in 2018, leading operation and portfolio work for TPG Greater China Investment. Ms Shen was Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal, a leading operation focused global consulting firm. She was one of the instrumental leaders in building A&M Asia Performance Improvement practice. Ms Shen brings comprehensive expertise in most of corporate functional areas and has extensive experiences in serving major PE funds in the region from operational due diligence, post deal value creation, all the way to exit support. She led many of A&M’s flagship engagements spanned across F&B, retail & consumers, agriculture, automobile, and industrial sectors in the region.

沈晶女士2018年加入TPG资本，现任中国区运营负责人，负责TPG资本在大中华区被投资企业运营以及管理。加入TPG资本之前，沈女士在Alvarez & Marsal / A&M，一家全球领先专注运营的咨询公司，任职资深总监，并且创办了亚洲的业务提升部门。沈女士在公司运营和管理方面有丰富经验，并向亚太区域的私募客户提供运营尽职调查，投后管理提升， 以及项目退出支持等全方位服务。项目经验横跨餐饮，消费零售，农业，汽车以及工业等行业。

Emma Zhang has extensive experience in investment banking, funds management and corporate strategy. She currently acts as Director of Corporate Strategy for the Argyle Hotel Group. Previously, Ms Zhang was a project lead at Empower International, a nonprofit organization focusing on micro-financing and has acted as an advisor to the Grameen Bank. She graduated with a double degree with honors from the University of New South Wales in Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Law.

张乐女士在投资银行、基金管理、以及企业战略领域拥有丰富的从业经验，她现任雅阁酒店管理集团战略部总监。在此之前，张乐女士在专注于小额信贷的国际非营利组织Empower International担任项目经理，并担任乡村银行（Grameen Bank）的顾问。张乐女士以优异成绩毕业于新南威尔士大学，拥有金融与法律的本科双学位。
