Introduction
German Chamber of Commerce in China | South and Southwest will hold the 4th HR Summit on the 25th of September, 2020 in Shenzhen.
Serving as a flagship HR event , HR Summit has been an annual gathering event for HR professionals from across southern China to share ideas, strategies and insights on the industry topics. Through the event, the German Chamber aims at providing a reliable platform of networking, knowledge-sharing, and ideas-exchanging for HR experts and participants.
During this challenging time, human resource managers often get together at the GCC HR Roundtables and Webinars to share best practices and industrial insights with each other. At the 4th HR Summit, we would like to go deeper on the topic "Human Resource Management in the Post Covid-19 Era".
Besides, at the event, we will present the German Chamber Labor Market and Salary Report 2020/2021, which would provide a timely benchmark for all HR executors as well as an intuitive overview of the current wage and salary development trends in Shenzhen, Guangzhou and other cities in the PRD.
About Presentation of the German Chamber’s 13th Annual Salary Survey
The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a global recession and affected jobs and social welfare worldwide. Accordingly, wages in China are affected and HR measures had to be taken to mitigate the impact of COVID-19 on business activities.
HR managers frequently ask themselves whether the compensation packages their companies provide match the local market's average, and what salary should they provide based on seniority and region – and even more so with the impact of COVID-19. For the 13th time, the German Chamber of Commerce provides its member companies with the "Labor Market and Salary Report". This year's benchmark publication examines the current developments in China's job market, as well as provides a forecast for 2021.
The presentation will provide an in-depth review of the wage and salary developments of your employees in South China in 2020, current developments on the job market and an outlook on the developments in 2021. The presentation will focus on the following aspects:
