Apart of being the Founder and Honorary Chairman at Suzhou Good-Ark Electronics Co., Ltd., Mr. Wu Nienbo also served at various companies, foundations, associations and district federations. Mr. Wu worked as the Deputy Manager and General Manager of Good Ark between 1990 and 2019. In 2016, he was the Executive Vice President of the Civilization Inheritance Federation of the Chinese Yanhuang Culture Research Association. He obtained the doctorate of Business Science from the University of St. Thomas Aquinas, an MBA from the American Far East Institute of Advanced Studies and his first degree was from Suzhou Vocational College with a major in radio in 1987. Mr. Wu holds various positions at universities, such as Professor of Practice at University of Wales, UK and Advisor of Entrepreneur of the World Ethics Center, Peking University. His “Happy Enterprise” -model has been internationally acknowledged and praised – the Pope invited him to the Vatican three times, he spoke many times at UN conferences and has also been visiting Liz Mohn at the Bertelsmann Foundation in Germany.
Fu Pingping obtained her Ph.D. in Organizational Studies at the State University at Albany, New York. She has an MA in Journalism from the Academy of Social Sciences in China and an MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno, and MA in Philosophy from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Professor Fu has taught courses in management area for students at different levels, as well as training classes for various companies.
Since 2014, Professor Fu has been studying Good Ark Electronics and its “Happy Enterprise” model, and published several articles on it. Being deeply passionate about building bridges between locals and foreigners, we are pleased that Professor Fu kindly offered to participate at the excursion and provide her knowledge and background information to participants on the way to Suzhou.
Brigitte Wolff is the President of EIM Executive Interim Management China, providing companies with experts for all kinds of functions and industries for permanent and interim positions, and has been working more than 18 years in China. During this period, she was a Partner at Booz&Company China (now PwC Strategy& China), MD and Partner of Management Engineers Business Consulting China and founder of Abacus Corporation Business Consulting China.
Since 2008 she is also a board member at the German Chamber of Commerce | Shanghai and its charity activities, such as the More than a Market initiative, working with German companies’ social engagement in China. Since 2017 she serves as a board member of the European Chamber of Commerce China in Shanghai. Prior to that she held management positions in Germany at Oliver Wyman and Constantia Packaging as well as Steinbeis Packaging.
She holds a German Engineer Diploma (Diplom-Ingenieur) from Technical University of Munich (TUM).
