We are delighted to invite you to "Olives, Spain's Superfood" Chengdu Masterclass.


"Olives, Spain's Superfood" communication campaign endeavors to introduce the values and core attributes of the nutritious and flavourful Spanish olives to more Chinese consumers and industry professionals.


This Masterclass is a great opportunity for catering professionals and chef trainees to get an all-round experience of this Spanish gourmet treasure. Master chefs will elaborate in great detail on the abundant nutrition, rich flavours and versatile usage of Spanish olives. More importantly, under the guidance of the master chefs, participants will get the hand-on practice opportunity to explore the art of cooking with the olives. You will not only fine-tune the skills of utilising this nutritious fruit in its common ways - as a Snack (Tapas), as an important ingredient of salad, as nutritious ingredients on pizza, but also work creatively to combine this Spanish delicacy with Chinese and fusion cuisine.


For this masterclass, we have also invited a set of professional chefs, Chinese and Western dishes, to explain the creative olives versatile usage.
