Phipps is driving the strategic partnership and focusing on areas like IoT/Industrie 4.0/Blockchain in SAP Labs China, the 3rd largest of Labs in SAP. In this role, he builds platforms to bridge between SAP’s China R&D teams and external ecosystem including government associations, think-tanks, partners and customers.

Since joining SAP in 2003, Phipps has gained extensive experience in leading end-to-end development of SAP’s flagship ERP product for Small-and-Medium Enterprise with teams from multiple countries. He later moved to take charge of global business operation of SAP Globalization Services HCM team consisting of development teams in eight countries. Phipps graduated from University of Manchester and received MBA degree from Manchester Business School.

With over twenty years experiences in Leadership & Organization Development, Chyna’s expertise is specialized in design and delivery different interventions for Strategic Visioning, Change Management, High Performance Team, Strategic Workforce Planning, Succession Management, Leadership & Organization development. She is also leading the strategic and innovative programs on diversity and inclusion for the region. Promoting gender equality in the workplace, building a framework and best practices for Autism at Work, and driving Business Beyond Bias.

Six years ago, Flex started to integrate Diversity & Inclusion culture at their Zhuhai campus, dedicated to building accessible and barrier-free living and working environment for People with Disabilities (PwDs). Today, talents with hearing disability or physical and visual impairment have become increasingly part of the workforce. In 2019, Flex Zhuhai built its first Flex Inclusive Factory, offering people with intellectual disabilities, including autism the chance to find their place in the work setting. This year, diversity culture is one of the top priorities within flex globally.
Mounter Wu received his international MBA degree from Sun Yat-Sen University. He has been working as HR Director in Zhuhai closely with business leaders and the Flex Asia team to develop the diversity culture at the workplace and his role recently was extended to Flex’ Asia region, PwD Employee Resource Group.

WANG Li is the Program Development Manager at the Taicang Inclusion Factory. She is responsible for the Social Inclusion Academy and consulting programs. She designs and implements educational programs related to disability, aiming to promote awareness for a more inclusive society.

Prior to joining the Inclusion Factory, WANG Li was a documentary film director and made a series of short films about different social issues in China.

As a father of a 17-years-old boy with autism, Max Ouyang founded Autism Volunteer Association at Shanghai, Minhang and holds its chairperson position. Before career at charity, Mr. Ouyang worked at Fortune Top 500 companies such as GE, Delphi, Goodyear, BV etc. for almost 20 years as EHS professional. Mr. Ouyang received his MS degree from National University of Singapore and basic degree of Public Health from Wuhan Tongji Medical University.
