In October 2016, Dr. Sigrid Winkler was appointed Executive Chamber Manager at the German Chamber of Commerce in China | Shanghai and is in charge of the membership organization at the Chamber. Dr. Winkler joined the German Chamber earlier in spring 2016, initially as Project Manager Social Responsibility where she was responsible for the More than a Market initiative. Dr. Winkler holds a PhD in Political Science from Vrije Universiteit Brussel in Belgium and a bachelor’s degree in Chinese Studies from Vienna University. Before joining the German Chamber, she was Head of Office of the Austrian Academic Exchange Agency (OeAD) in Shanghai. Previously, Dr. Winkler managed international business development projects in China and Eastern Europe for Business Upper Austria, the economic agency of the regional government of Upper Austria. She has published numerous peer-reviewed articles on EU-China relations, and since 2002, she has been regularly coming back to China for shorter and longer-term stays.
Vivian Liang joined ALDI CHINA as an Area Manager when first ALDI store was set up in 2018 and she was promoted to the current role in 2020. During set-up phase of the initial store in early 2018, she initiated ALDI CHINA CSR project, the content of which includes food donation with Food Bank. She has always been a strong advocate for Corporate Social Responsibilities and adhered to embodying the best ALDI Value – Simplicity, Consistency and Responsibilities - to both internal employees and external customers.
Marius Lorenz is the sportive coordinator of Borussia Dortmund in China and is responsible for all BVB football cooperations in the Middle Kingdom. Before joining the BVB office in Shanghai in 2018, he worked as a youth coach at BVB for seven years. Growing up in Dortmund, Marius lives the BVB philosophy like no other. With the support of his many years of coaching experience including the acquisition of the UEFA-B Level, BVB's outstanding football know-how is transported to China.
The close connection to his hometown is also shown by the completed master's degree in sports in Dortmund.
Frank Martin Pueschel is the founder and owner of the GSN group of companies and the legal representative of GSN Electronics (Shenzhen) Ltd. Frank has started his career at Deutsche Bank AG in Germany and holds the position as the owner of the GSN group with locations in Germany, Singapore, Hong Kong and Shenzhen since 1998. Besides the core business of GSN, it is Frank’s vision to optimize the eco-social situation at GSN and beyond. He is the author of the book “Radical Change”, wihch has been published in Germany in 2018 and in China in 2020. Frank has five children.
