Chen Chao is a manager in NjP1 who transferred from production operation to facility management. In 2003, he enrolled at the University of Applied Technology in Hanover, Germany with a major in machinery. Since 2010 he has been a part of Bosch. After six years of gaining work experience in production process engineering and production management, Chen Chao took his current role as the Head of Department of Facility Management.
Frank Chen is responsible for EHS, production, engineering, planning and purchasing. Trolli's Guangzhou plant is one of the most important facilities of Merderer group, mainly producing gummy candy for both China and overseas. He has more the 30 years of work experience in pharmaceutical, beverage, food, and animal nutritional industry.
Vera Qin has been with Teufel since 2019 and is in charge of communications between Teufel and their customers in China. Working as a marketer in cross-cultural companies for years, she displayed her abilities in "Glocal" thinking, which helped her to successfully implement the headquarters' eco campaigns in China. Vera believes that being environmentally friendly is not only about advertising it through campaigns but rather lifelong implementation of green initiatives.
Covey is an expert in the field of ESH and has more than ten years of working experience at Continental Tires. In his role, he has been in charge of building an environment friendly green plant in Hefei and initiated many environmentally-driven projects which have made Continental Tires Hefei plant an environment benchmark in the industry.
Brigitte Wolff is the President of EIM Executive Interim Management China, providing companies with experts for all kinds of functions and industries for permanent and interim positions, and has been working more than 18 years in China. During this period, she was a Partner at Booz&Company China (now PwC Strategy& China), MD and Partner of Management Engineers Business Consulting China and founder of Abacus Corporation Business Consulting China.
Since 2008 she is also a board member at the German Chamber of Commerce | Shanghai and its charity activities, such as the More than a Market initiative, working with German companies’ social engagement in China. Since 2017 she serves as a board member of the European Chamber of Commerce China in Shanghai. Prior to that she held management positions in Germany at Oliver Wyman and Constantia Packaging as well as Steinbeis Packaging.
She holds a German Engineer Diploma (Diplom-Ingenieur) from Technical University of Munich (TUM).
