Maximilian Butek has more than 10 years’ experience in the German Chambers Network abroad. He assumed the role of Delegate and Chief Representative of the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce Guangzhou since 2018. Before that, Mr. Butek has served as Delegate of German Industry and Commerce in Ghana. His previous postings include the Southern Africa-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and the German-Thai Chamber of Commerce. Before his career in the German Chambers Network abroad, he gained experience in a multinational company and a German strategy consulting firm.

Linly Mao is Head of HR, Linde plc, Greater China. She worked for Linde for 13 years and took several HR roles in APAC and Greater China. Prior to Linde, Linly worked in manufacturing industry and retail industry. Linly has a master’s degree in business administration from Fudan University and a bachelor’s degree in applied physics from Chongqing University.

Ms. Beijue Tang is the Head of Legal and Tax at Wuerth (China) Holding Co., Ltd., leading the shared service in legal and tax for Wuerth Group in Asia. Governmental affairs (including CSR) comprise another sector of the said shared service.

Before joining the Wuerth Group, Beijue respectively worked in law firms and MNCs, where she gathered rich experience from both external consulting and in-house counseling roles. The mixture of experience and insights enables Beijue to view the projects or problems from various directions and perspectives, and think ‘outside the box’.

Jane is the Head of Human Resources at Henkel Greater China region and has been in the role since late 2019. Jane holds more than 15 years of experience holding various leadership HR roles in various Multinational Companies. She has spent time in the Middle East, Europe, Southeast Asia, and now in the Greater China region in many organizational change & strategic footprint improvement projects. She is passionate about making an impact on topics like Talent & Organization Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability. Developing diverse talent in a traditional industrial set up is one of the many initiatives that Jane is looking to enhance this year and hopes to bring to Henkel & the market some innovative ideas.
