A 4-week online course to explore your eating challenges and take practical steps to nourish yourself without food. This is for anyone who can use guidance to make peace with food.


This 4-week course:


  • Caters to small group (6 people max)
  • An online class each week of 1,5 hour
  • Will use "Zoom" as the technology platform
  • Self-reflecting work to hand in each week (30 minutes)
  • Requires only serious participants who will commit to attend every week.
  • Requires no willpower, just an open mind
  • Is not a diet or a detox nor will you receive recipes, we are mainly looking into the behaviour aspect of food



This course will give you insights in the root of your eating behaviours. We will look into your eating story, your food cravings, your food languages and biases, emotions.


At the end of the course, you will find ways to understand and rewrite your eating story, find your own rhythm and nourish yourself differently.


You can either join the group sessions or we can schedule individual session:
