VDMA Beijing office is glad to invite you to join the VDMA China Web-Meeting on CCC & CCC for electrical EX products.
China Compulsory Certification (CCC) was implemented as a certification and labelling requirement for several electrical and electronic products in China in 2003. Since 2020 some of the electrical "ATEX products" are new in the scope of CCC for market access to China. Such products may no longer be imported, sold, or produced without a CCC label. In addition, the COVID crisis is still causing travel problems for Chinese auditors during the required manufacturer audits. Recently some new information about CCC, such as adjustment of CCC Catalogue, trial about self-inspection and self-certification, have been released.
We have invited Ms. LU Qiao, Director of Ex Certification Center of China Quality Mark Certification Group (CQM) to present the essential contents of CCC, requirements for products to be certified and some current developments.
The preliminary agenda is as follows:
โข VDMA services and tools on the topics of CCC and other technical regulations in China and other non-European countries
(Thomas Noll, VDMA Frankfurt & Haina Zhao, VDMA China Office, GMECS Beijing)
โข China Compulsory Certification (CCC) - Certification of electrical explosion-proof products (Ms. Lu, CQM)
o Short introduction of CQM
o China Compulsory Certification (CCC) in general
o CCC for explosion-proof electrical products
o Implementation rules for the certification process
o Current developments regarding COVID
Participation in the event is reserved exclusively for members of the VDMA. Please feel free to reach out to Ms. Haina Zhao (zhaohaina@chinavdma.org) for any questions.
