Previously in charge of the performing arts programs at Parinama Cultural Development Foundation, a non-profit arts and culture foundation, she currently consults for them on branding, program development and new media initiatives. She also has marketing and public relations experience from Lean In China, Estee Lauder Companies, Edelman, etc.

Bruce Wang is responsible for the company's overall strategic planning and development. He earned a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University in 1997. He has over 20 year R&D experience, as well as management experience in the fields of semiconductor, multimedia, big data, and artificial intelligence. At Rockwell Semiconductor Systems, he was responsible for the architecture of the VoIP system and voice compression algorithms for the CSM V12 chip. He was a lead system architect at Mindspeed, responsible for Picasso's system architecture and DSP algorithm optimization. He was lead designer for the core GPRS baseband chip of Skyworks. He has also been founder/cofounder and CEO/CTO/CSO of several high-tech Chinese startup companies.

Tania initiated Humanity in Tech, a core project under the Tech Forward Initiative of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community. Humanity in Tech aims to foster conversations on the future of technology and its impact on civil society. In 2016, she co-founded a project to expand refugee youth access to higher education and presented at the United Nations. She currently works in Beijing as Director at Due West Education where she oversees its undergraduate division across three different countries. She received her bachelor’s degree from Amherst College.
