Dr. Riccardo PANSINI has been active in the transdisciplinary field of “Evolution of cooperation” since 2002. After having worked in Italy, UK, France, and South Africa, he was lastly an assistant professor at the Kunming Institute of Zoology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and at the Yunnan University of Finance and Economics in China. He is currently affiliated with the Global Research Unit at the City University of Hong Kong. He works on the effect of culture and social norms in behavioural strategies of Chinese people as opposed to the same behaviours displayed differently by westerners. He has published in PNAS, Scientific Reports, PLOS ONE, The Journal of Bioeconomics, and Behavioural Processes.
