For many decades now, we have heard that animal protein is good for us and that a healthy diet has to include meat, but what if this was not true? What if all these claims were nothing but a big marketing scheme, would we take action? Would we change our habits?

Green Initiatives + Vegans of Shanghai will be screening The Game Changers on Friday, 17 April 2020, a documentary that features James Wilks who travels the world on a quest for the truth about meat, protein, and strength. Showcasing elite athletes, special ops soldiers, and visionary scientists to change the way people eat and live.

绿色倡议+上海素食协会《规则改变者》将会讲述詹姆斯·威尔克斯环游世界，探寻关于肉类、蛋白质和力量的真相的历程。影片展示了精英运动员、特种部队士兵和有远见的科学家是如何改变人们的饮食和生活方式的。
影片放映之后会有一个简短的讨论。
