Robert is a Director in Deloitte’s climate and sustainability services and advises clients on sustainability strategy, carbon neutral pathways, supply chain sustainability, renewable energy and carbon offsets.

Elaine has 10 years of experience in renewable energy, carbon trading, carbon market, corporate low-carbon transformation and water resource management. Her work experience covers renewable energy industry consulting, environment exchange, Ministry of Water Resources and a well-known international NGO.
Elaine is specialized in advocating low carbon transition across corporates. She assisted one of the big four banks in China to establish its decarbonisation roadmap, and provided decarbonisation consultation to a listed pharmaceutical company, a luxury auto brand as well as an international spork brand.
Elaine also experienced in providing low-carbon trainings for brands and key suppliers based on their capacities and capabilities. She used to design a various of handbooks, assessment tools and give curriculums to enable low-carbon action taking. Her topics cover Science-based climate target setting, renewable energy utilization as well as corporate ESG performance.
Elaine graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a degree in carbon management. Currently, she is an industrial tutor for postgraduate students in The Sino-British International Low Carbon School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Ms. Jiang has over 6 years of experience in the lithium industry. She holds various positions in Tianqi Group Company and its subsidiaries.
She served as an executive Director of the Company since February 2017 and was appointed as the vice Chairwoman of the Board in April 2022.
Ms. Jiang is primarily responsible for assisting the Company in formulating the strategic and investment plans and assisting the Chairman in making major strategic decisions.

Bo is a Director of Deloitte China Risk Advisory function, with 12 years of experience in Deloitte, including Deloitte China for eight years and Deloitte Australia for four years. He has rich experience in enterprise risk management, internal control optimization, sustainability related advisory and assurance, internal audit and compliance review.
Bo has extensive experience working globally across many industries with a focus on supply chain management in emerging markets. He has served a number of years in Deloitte’s sustainability and conflict minerals practices, including LBMA (The London Bullion Market Association) responsible sourcing service and London Metal Exchange (LME) responsible sourcing service etc.
Bo also has many years’ experiences in Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) assurance service especially for Hong Kong listed entities, with solid knowledge in ISAE3000 audit standard and deep insights in ESG disclosure.
He is fluent in Mandarin and English, and with sound project management skills. He manages several large projects with regular reporting to the C-suite. Bo has sound global PMO skillset, manage several sustainability related projects for large multinational companies and joint venture companies, understand the key risks and control objectives of MNC and JV.
